Not to be contrary, but I use Jaws with BootCamp and it works just
as well, if not better, than it has on my Windows machines. I also,
have never needed to write a Jaws script to do what I need. I
personally prefer jfw over Win Eyes as the former supports accessing
flash content on the web to a usable degree, which I need for my work,
whereas I've not been able to get any version of WE to do so.
Just my thoughts, and all the best to you in your decision!…
Have an awesome day!…
Smiles,
Cara :)

Depends on how you use a computer. If you don't mind spending a
lot of time learning a screenreader and you'll need a lot of macro
programing and such, then Jaws will do, but if you just want to use
Windows without a high learning curve for the screenreader, Window-
eyes is your best bet. Apparently it also depends on how you are
going to install Windows. Window-eyes will work well no matter
what you do, but Jaws seems to work best if you install bootcamp.
Not being a Jaws user I don't know why that is, but I do see that
they seem to have more problems with Fusion and Parallels.

Hello,
I'm considering installing Windows on my Mac, as there are certain
applications that I need for work and that are not compatible with
VO. So, those of you who also use Windows, I wonder if you can
tell me about the screen reader that you use with the Windows OS.
Specifically, I would appreciate input about the characteristics
of your Windows screen reader that you like, as well as about
those that you dislike, such as how difficult it is to learn,
cost, compatability with the major Windows applications, etc.
Thanks.
