this is a question of fact.  The fact is that their statement is correct in 
marketing parlance.  It "complements" the accessibility features of the Mac 
because it broadens them.  There was a time when visiovoice did not work 
well with VoiceOver but it complemented voiceover because it added 
functionality to the visual components of VoiceOver and enhanced the overall 
accessibility of the Mac.

As I said when the release came out, what it was saying what not what you 
were reading into it.
