right, they still support tiger and to get info about leopard, you have to 
go to the leopard page.

Hi all, I'd went to this section of the apple website, and it talks
about VoiceOver of course, but it strikes me that there  is no mention
of Leopard at all on that page, it's almost like they haven't felt the
need to update that page.  Is it being worked on or something?  It
just strikes me as weird that they wouldn't mention Leopard, and the
many improvements to  VO on there.
