i wonder why apple hasn't posted it, too...that's odd!

The Leopard VoiceOver Getting started guide can be found at
http://www.cucat.org/books/vogs/ It is in several formats there. I wonder
why Apple hasn't posted it yet.

On the subject of html objects, is there any plan to implement
something that takes you through tables, lists, headings and so on?
I know there's an object chooser, but I'm thinking of something more
like the windows lay out where h takes you through headings, s takes
you through lists, c takes you through controls, t takes you through
tables and so on. I also really need a table layout option because
I regularly navigate tables of 100 to 2000 rows.
Is any of this likely to emerge, or has it already been implemented?
Oh, and when do you suppose they will update the quick start? It's
pushing three years old now.
Much of what you are proposing has already been implemented in
Leopard, such as the quick navigation through various HTML elements.
For a complete list of currently available navigation commands, use VO-
Shift-F to bring them up in a menu.
Leopard includes a built-in QuickStart guide which has been fully
updated for Leopard and is interactive, unlike the manual. I've heard
that Apple is readying the new version of the guide for Leopard, but
that the Tiger one still gets you through the basics well.
