What do you mean by mounting the I Disc? How would this be done?

So basically I can use a Windows machine and download the items
that's on my I Disc. Is this correct? Have you tried it?

Listers are there any dot mac users out there that frequently use
it on a regular basis and only have one mac? I have some quick
questions pertaining to using a Windows machine to access the
account.
