I have added a direct link to download my experimental utility program. Remember to install eSpeak first however.

Aa, mpravo! This works beautifully for what it was intended. Now I
can copy and select Greek text and have it read back to me. At least
I can now use it to chat in Skype and Adium instead of having to
resort to english lettering. Also, since when did ESpeak start
supporting Ancient Greek? I never saw that one! lol I'll have to try
it out, even though I know only Demotiki. Please keep us up-to-date
on the possible integration of ESpeak with VoiceOver.

Hi greg, first off, thanks so much for your efforts. I downloaded
and installed the sw but ESpeak isn't showing up in my Applications
folder. Am I doing something wrong?…

Thanks so much and have a most wonderful day!…

Smiles,

Cara :)

I have made some changes to the installer for eSpeak. The biggest
one is that I put together a little utility program to try eSpeak
out with a GUI. It's primative right now only letting you enter text
choose a voice/langauge and hear the speech. It is included in the
installer and will be placed in you Applications directory with the
name eSpeak.
