blind in business is one of those really crap projects. here in the UK it just doesnt work. we get screwed by british government so its not even worth trying that stunt lol. I'd rather chase a monkey around a street and crack my head open on a passing lamp post than deal with that kind of project. oops sorry venting frustration lol

also another system here in the UK is this crappy thing called "Access to work" where they say they will help disabled people get into business. I applied and was turned down as they couldn't cover my area of business nor cover the hardware.

Basically you get a store and you make it work and the government sets you up with everything you need.
