installing codefactory screenreaders with missing sync

Good day boys and girls. I'm wondering if it is possible to install  
mobile speak on a windows mobile device using the missing sync program  
on the mac? The manual makes reference to some .cab files, can they be  
installed with missing sync? Also on a similar note is missing sync a  
free product? This is not clear on the site. Well thanks for any help  
and sorry if this has been discussed before I can't seem to find out  
how to search the archives.
