I want to play DVD movies on my Mac Mini, but I don't really want to clutter my office desk with another monitor, just for the Mac Mini. There was a mention of a device that one can get for about $20, or so.

Press enter. If that doen't do it, hit vo plus m for the menu bar, arrow over to the go menue, and choose the title and chapter you want.

DVD player is 101% accessible. Just go poking around in the menus, and you'll find everything you need. It was one of the first programs I ever used on the mac.

Best,

BTW, listen up in the menues. Almost everything has a command key shortcut. Once you've been through the menus a couple of times you will almost never go back unless you want advanced options like changing the audio track.

Is there a way to use the DVD player on the macbook?
I can't get beyond the DVD menu; pressing space doesn't play the disk. What do I need to do to get the disk beyond the menu and make it play?
Thanks, Olivia
