Using the DVD Player in the Mac Mini

Is the DVI-to-Composite/VGA device the same one that comes with the  
Mac Mini?  If not, I will order directly from Apple, rather than from  
our store.  It seems that whenever I order anything from Apple, it  
gets to Alaska faster than if I bought it from our local store.
