I use DOM nav now because groups mode does not work well with html in
adium. But groups mode is easily faster and more efficient.

Grouped web browsing is one of the most enjoyable parts of VoiceOver
for me. Once you get used to it, it is a joy. DOM mode is slow,
frustrating, and inefficient. A friend of mine who recently made
the switch was getting frustrated with DOM mode. He switched to
grouped mode by my suggestion and loves it. You just need to
understand how it works, I think. Some users gravitate toward DOM
mode, because it is more like how they are used to browsing with
Windows screen readers, and don't take the time to learn grouped
mode, which is a real pity, IMO.
