Yes that is right. I was trying to figure out what I had done when I
installed pro 11. It is rather an odd installer, do as suggested.
Arrow down, then the continue button will become clickable.

If you find the license, read all the way to the end of it. In my
experience, the continue button will still be dimmed, but if you
click with your mouse keys, VO shift space, it should go to the next
