open the bootcamp utility, use the jaws cursor to click on the keyboard tab, you can fix it there.

In the most recent update to come out for bootcamp, the top row of keys on a laptop has been rendered disfunctional in as much as it is now impossible to eject a CD via hardware and such shortcuts as volume up, volume down, volume mute, play, forward, backward, et cetera are no longer available.
