It seems to sign up for twitter, you have to deal with some sort of image. 
also, when I click the get started link, it wants to download the page.

Hi shane.  If you know the person's twitter user name you can do it
from the client.  There are a number of twitter commands you can give
from the text area, and follow is one of these.
Just type follow, then the person's username.  For example, to follow
me on twitter, you would type this
follow DhsDarcy
Now if you don't know the person's exact twitter name, you'll have to
search on the web site.
