Ubuntu 7.10 on a Macbook

Hi, Mike.
I got it from the downloads page at
http://www.ubuntu.com
but at the beginning of April.
I'm not sure if the 7.10 ISO is still available, because they've recently 
released Version 8.04.
I tried to install 8.04 using Fusion as soon as it became available, but I 
haven't had much luck so far.
I followed exactly the same procedure as when I installed 7.10, but Orca didn't 
give me access to the live CD. It said "welcome to Orca," but that was it.
