Installing applications on a Nokia phone with ISinc?

Hey all, I've recently aquired a NOkia 6682 phone, and am having a  
heck of a time to get Nokia PC suite to work on the windows machine  
that I use from time totime, very seldom  though, but I read on the  
NOkia website, that you could use ISinc with the mac, to do stuff with  
your phone.  Does that include installing applications?  Or not?
