Go into the Voiceover preferences and open the speech page. Be sure
that additional speech options are checked so you can play with one of
the voices that, say, won't make your whole system sound annoying if
you lose your way.

When you select a voice, its name is spoken, followed by a phrase:
"Nothing is as powerful as an idea whose time has come."

Cellos is probably one of the more annoying ones, although I'd have to
say that bells gives it a run for its money. Hysterical is, well,
hysterical.
