Help me please! Podcast tutorial is delayed.

I am trying to use Audio Hijack Pro to record my tutorial. I thought I
had it down, but I went back, and found that only the built-in mike
got recorded. I had both the System Audio and Mike hijacking. Do I
need to record each one separately, or can they record at the same
time? Thanks so much.
