I have to try it this way.  I hit command 4, got the history and it
said what person contacted me and what time/date.  But it didn't say
voicemail, only after I hit space bar on the information and I
couldn't listen to the others after I tried the first one.  I don't
know why.  This way seems more complicated but might work better.
