Hi Matt, My only suggestion and I hope you don't have to do this is to try and log on to the drive when windows is running from another computer if you can and back up everything you need, or, you should be able to copy the files from the partition from within the Mac os. Once this is done if you need to do do it, go to bootcamp assistant in utilities and choose restore my system and then reinstall windows.
