Most spreadsheets have at the top the current cell by col and row. In dos
days we set an automatic "hotspot" orwhatever the screen reader called it
to speak that location when any change or some specific kind of change
occured. Thus as one move from cell to cell the location was spoken.
The next obvious evolution of vo is to make the 10 hotspots via the number
pad function in this manner. One could also tell vo not to speak some part
of the screen which would prevent repeated chatter of repeated information.
It would also allow setting these locations specific to each application.
