Just a further thought on the VO Keys to ad to your observation. While
it's really a good thing to have the ability to lock the VO keys,I
normally don't lock them, only when I'm doing a lot of reading and
such. Because while the VO keys are locked, it is easy to forget that
they are locked and things won't work the same. Just my thoughts.
Conversely, that means that we all have options to the way we use VO
and what works best for each one of us.

however, I discovered that, if I unlock the VO keys, and navigate
with tab and shift-tab instead, I can navigate just fine. I
successfully used the space bar to click on buttons and the return
key to click on links. I thought I should pass this along, just in
