When you choose your virtual machine from the table go to settings
without starting the machine. You will see a table with things in it
like processor, battery and memory. You need the one that says memory.
Once there you'll need to interact with the slider and move it up or
down to increase/decrease the amount you need. That slider might be up
or down or right to left, I can't remember.
