Dear Listers,
I have just hit a big problem. I went into Itunes to buy some songs. I
had done it beofre a couple of times and very successfully. I have an
account in the Itunes store. I arrowed down to the Itunes store in the
source table, I typed the name of the artist whose songs I wanted
displayed. I then vo and arrowed to the songs table. I interacted with
it, arrowed using vo keys to the right to get to the price, clicked on
it. I was presented with the signing in dialogue. I signed in and then
gott another dialogue asking whether I wanted to purchase the selected
song. I pressed buy button.
And this is where it all goes wrong . I don't seem to be able to
interact with the application properly any more. My song table
disappears, I can't see my song I've just purchased anywhere in the
music library. I had to close the application and restarted the
computer but the same thing happened. It's now the third time, and I
fear I've bought the same song 3 times and I still cannot find it.
Does anyone have any ideas what might be happening? Why can't I
interact with Itunes? Is it some kind of a bug? Is there a way of
repairing Itunes?
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
