Well, since there won't really be any new features, I hope it won't
cost that much.

Snow Leopard is going to basically be an optimized version of
Leopard, restricted to Intel only machines and sporting few if any
new features. It's goal is to improve quality of the OS, and I
think that's great, as well as making the Snow Leopard name
appropriate.
