Hi, I have FN key in my iMac keyboard. It is on the left side of home key. Hold down the FN key and press f11 to decrease the volume or f12 to increase. This is how I use it so far. Anyway, vo speaks it when you activate the keyboard practice, vo keys+K. Cheers,
