You go to the Aadvanced section on the menu bar, then go into it, and  
go down to "subscribe to podcast." Click on that, and type the url.  
MOst podcasts these days will allow you to click on a link directly  
from the page if they have an ITunes store listing. If you do that,  
the feed will be added automatically.
