Not displaying chat transcripts in Adeum

Listers does anyone know the procedure to turn off chat transcripts in  
Adeum? I don't want them to show up at all. I like the way it shows  
the conversation trail but I hate the way everything you say is saved  
for prying eyes. If you know how to disable this feature then please  
let me know.
