Wasn't aware that fn f3 turned speech on and off. Is that what this
will do? Wasn't aware of that, since it's not really a keystroke
specific to VoiceOver

Also, to configure the controls on your PAC Mate, click the Input
tab in the Braille category in VoiceOver Utility and you'll find a
table containing the existing settings. Each one has a pop-up button
giving you the choice of commands you can assign to each control.
