Was finally able to log in. Here are some observations.

First, there is a lot that has to be synchronized, as this is new, so  
it will probably take a while on your first sync. It's a little slow  
right now. Also, I don't know about anyone else, but I still have the  
10GB IDisk. It seems that everything else is upgraded but the IDisk.  
You may also get some "conflict resolver" dialogs, especially in Mail  
Accounts. Go with the MobileMe record, as that will probably be the  
most up-to-date one. The preferences window looks the same, except  
that the name is changed from .Mac to MobileMe, and the options are  
the same. HTH.
