Crating standard user account Mail will not open

Hi folks,

Well I am trying to create a standard user account, I have copied my  
Library folder over to my standard account home folder, but Mail  
refuses to open. It opens and then quits - hence this account has no e  
mail capabilities.

Does anyone have any ideas?
