Hi Jon,
The first thing I would try is creating a new user account and see if
iCal crashes in this account. You could then use this account to test
to see if the problem is a Mobile Me problem by logging in to Mobile
Me and launching iCal.
If these two things work, I'd try moving the iCal preferences from /
Username/Library/preferences to the desktop and then launch iCal.
iCal should create new preferences so you will be starting with a
clean slate. The filenames will be something like com.apple.ical...
Hope this makes some kind of sense!
