Hello, I'm not so familiar with the other applications you mention but
as far as Audible is concerned, I have been trying to get some info
from them for weeks regarding their books, Bookcourier and the Mac OS
platform. So far, both Audible.com and Bookcourier have been ignoring
my e-mails.
I understand from the Audible website, that their books can be
downloaded directly into Itunes with a view to being transfered onto
an Ipod. But since I haven't got an Ipod and since I don't know
whether one would have bookmarks in Audible books on an Ipod so that
you can resume reading a long text where you left off, I am not
reassured.
I think if you want to switch to Mac which I had done last year, you
will have a fair amount of learning to do and I can't do entirely
without Windows running on my Mac either.
I love my Mac though so I have been learning a lot but sometimes I'm
not sure how much toruble I have bought myself.
Others on the list have an awful lot of knowledge and experience so
I'm sure they will respond most helpfully. I wouldn't ditch your
Windows entirely yet though!
