I take it you've already ran disk utility and repaired disk permissions; verified the disk, verified disk permissions, and then rebooted the computer? If isync won't run after all of that that is serious. Apple had an earlier version of isync that I think would work with the nokia n75 then apple went and updated the isync version and now that phone's plugin no longer works with isync. It was nokia europe that did the work on that plugin so you could be having a problem like that too. On this computer bluetooth assistant always comes up when it's started and after turning that off, if you try disabling it it refuses to turn off claiming input devices will be disabled. The keyboard is running on a usb port so I can hardly figure that's accurate.
