Somewhere, I think it was lioncourt.com, I read that one can rearrange
the columns in the messages table by first going to the view menu and
unchecking all of the columns that are being shown. Once that is
done, you check each column you want to see in the order you want to
see them. I hope I got that right. :)

Well as i now have my own Mac, i can sorta experiment around with
things more freely than i otherwise would have been able to, if you
see what i mean.
This experimenting has lead me to one big and one small question.
We start with the biggie: Isn't it possible in Apple mail to generate
requests for reading or return receipts? If you can, where might you
do that?
The smaller one is how do you arrange columns in the message list the
way you want them? for example if i wanted date recieved last in the
list? Can you move collumns about?
