flash player 10

Hello group;  I'm still grappling with an easy way to create and  
upload a slideshow to my website.  I read an article about using flash  
player to do this.  So, I downloaded and installed flash player 10 for  
the mac.  It says its installed, but I can't find it anywhere.  Have  
any of you played with the new adobe flash player?  Is it accessible?   
Is there another flash player I could use that would help me  
accomplish the same thing?  I'll appreciate any help you can give me.
