Lost My CC Menu in Mail

Hi, Somehow I lost my CC field in Mail.  I went into the Preference  
pane, but wasn't able to retrieve it.  How can I retrieve the CC  
field, short of reinstalling the Mail program?  Richie Gardenhire,
