Hello Cara, I did follow the limited install instructions on the site
and did encounter a (what I think is a stupid user error), but I have
been unable to find answer on the site. If you could write me off
list I would be appreciative.

Nik, if you visit:

YOu can read about / download Audio Quake for the Mac. This is
technically still in beta, and this latest version has a couple of
annoying issues with speech in regard to reading scores, and a
general issue with downloading maps etc from online servers, however
the game is definitely playable.
I believe there are install instructions on the site, however, if
you have any trouble, feel free to write back and I'll locate them /
send them along.
This project is still under development, so it will be seeing some
changes as time goes on. For one, hopefully there will be a GUI
install! <smile>
HTH and have a great evening!…
Smiles,
Cara :)

Hello Alex and all:
I have been away from the list for a few days so if this question
has already been addressed, please forgive me. Alex, could you
expand a little on your answer about the relationship between the
framework and accessible games for the Mac? a starting point upon
which I might hang a hat ... metaphorically speaking of course
(smile).
Thank you so much for your responses and future responses.

Hello listers:
The topic of accessible games and muds has come up on this
list from time to time ... usually in the form of "has anyone
tried such and such a game or mud." my question is if
individuals wished to learn just how to go about creating
accessible games for the mac, just how would one begin to
explore doing such a thing?
Any feedback on or off list ... preferably on list ... would
be appreciated.
Take good care and I wish you enough.
