Document Properties is a little better than just Properties. But, in my opinion (and in the opinion of most GUI designers, based on their work) it belongs somewhere else, and under a different name. Besides a reader is different from an editor. And OOo is an editor.
Regardless, the Word Count needs to (and will be) under Tools and called "Word Count".
