I just stumbled across the following:

In default settings heading size is defined
as follows:

Heading 1: +115%
Heading 2: 14pt
Heading 3: 14pt
Heading 4: 85%
Heading 5: 85%
Heading 6: 75%
Heading 7: 75%
...

i.e. all are in percent, only heading 2 and 3 are 
in typographical points.

Is this done because MS Word does it that way, or
ist there another reason for this? Why is H2 and H3
different from the rest?

Bug or feature? Something else?
