but then you have to log in for every list ... that takes time. it's easier to label those mails by a filter and sort them in groups ... thats the way i do it.

the main advantage of gmail is, that you don't have any local files,
but is as fast as a local email client (if not even faster because of
those handy keyboard shortcuts...!!), hides quotings and many other
small useful things.

BTW: i've nearly 100 invites to give away ...

I have several gmail accounts for various purposes, and manage them with "Thunderbird from Mozilla.org" I only log onto the specfic gmail account if I need to find something specfic in the archive.
