[discuss] Outline view

Overall, I am quite impressed with OpenOffice.  I've read through the 
outline thread in the FAQ and have to agree with Mr. Williams.  I am 
constantly entering the outline view to move sections of the document as 
I refine the message.  The navigator tool provides a snapshot of the 
structure, but doesn't allow me to manipulate that structure.  CPH 
suggested that we can use topic allocation to achieve this 
functionality.  Could you provide some guidance on this?
