I am an ICT teacher in a primary school and have chosen to use Open Office.org 2 with the children rather than MS Office. Would anyone be able to tell me how to set up four different configurations? I want the children to use a modified interface suited to their age, for example, level 1 has a small number of large icons, level 2 has more and level 4 has the full range of small icons, which would normally be seen on the toolbar in Open Office. I know how to configure it for just one setting, enlarging icons, removing icons, changing default fonts etc. And can the configuration be kept? Up to now the last user can change the configuration just by deleting or moving something so that whole toolbars can disappear!
