thanks for digging that out. So, issue seems to be only with Windows? I vaguely remember those scroll mice manually traversing the windows, looking for scrollbars by themselves - which of course fails for OOo, as it doesn't have native Windows widgets. Trying to investigate further tomorrow, followups should be in the referenced issues.
