Following the steps in the issue made me realize that there is an RC3. By guessing that couldn't be too old, that it ought to be named similar to RC2, and using google, I located OOo_2.0.0rc3_051014_Win32Intel_install_sv.exe
Well I definitely think it is hard to find the Swedish versions.
