I don't think "non IT-savvy citizens" give a hoot about this issue and
would probably look at you funny if you tried to hand out fliers. :-(

They're more concerned with issues like how long it will be before the
US commits to pulling out of Iraq, or how many babies were aborted since
the last election. In that perspective, document formats just aren't
very important.
