Of course. There is a documentation about *installing* such RPMs which were
not followed when installing it.

Do you care enough to file proper issue in IZ for documentation project?
i usually file issues, but i knew that documentation people read these
lists, so i hoped somebody would notice it - and as grs noted, it is
already fixed :)
