As the footer says email: "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" to unsub. You should receive a confirmation email to which you must reply. If the server gets no reply you will not be unsubbed. The confirmation email is to prevent joe or [EMAIL PROTECTED] unsubscribing you. If you do not receive the confirmation email, then email the other address in the footer for help. If you still have problems after that you have defeated the automatic system somehow and I want to know how.
