Finally sorted.. Thanks to Cor
Keyboard Font size control..
I had found the Increase Font size and I have assigned a key combination
to that but I couldn't for the life of me find the Decrease Font size.. So
after cors message I decided to revisit the tools menu as shown in his
reply and lo- there at the bottom was.. Not Decrease Font Size but
'REDUCE' Font size.. Go figure why the change in description Folks.. Any
way all done and dusted thank you..

- Tools|Customise|Keyboard
- in the Category choose Format
- in the Function there are Characters Lager ánd Characters Smaller (or
somtehing similar)
- in the top list choose key's, however probably not the key's you
want...
