Hello

It is planned in the futur the port to itanium of ooo ?
I don't know if there are plans for a native port - I doubt it somehow. ia64 has been pushed into a small corner in the specialist server market, so I don't really see many people sitting in front of one running OOo. I may be dead wrong though.

However, I was under the impression that ia64 had x86 compatibility stuff on-chip, and that the next version would remove that ( from the chip ) and do it in software. So you should ( in theory ) be able to run an x86 binary distribution, shouldn't you?
